    Who am I?

I'm Stefania—coach and conscious leadership trainer.

I help women who have more to give to unlock their blocks and make an impact.

I know what it feels like to have dreams that are lying dormant next to your bed.

Prior to launching The Crowned Mountain, I spent years in a corporate job where the opportunities abounded. Yet, they didn't excite me.

My big dreams—of becoming a writer and launching my business—, meanwhile, were screaming at me: they were the first thing I thought of when I got up in the morning, and the last before I went to bed.

Today, I support other women to find the strength—within themselves and around them— to breathe life into the projects that make them feel alive.

    What will you get?

    • My "Flow guide" to help you understand your rhythm like you've never been able to before

    • My "PROJECT" exercise, to support you to map your fears and start owning them

    • My "Bullet Journal custom guide", to get you planning your goals in alignment with your very best self

    This is for You:

    • If you have tried endlessly to get a morning routine started—and it has never really worked

    • If you struggle with impositions, deadlines, and the expectations of others in general, but you want to be able to show up when it counts—especially for your own projects and goals

    • If you have a morning routine, but you regularly ask yourself if you shouldn't give yourself a break
